As our Senior Beverage and Service Manager, you'll lead a team of over 100 service professionals while being the orchestrator behind extraordinary off-premise catering events, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and hospitality. - Mentor and inspire our off-premise team in the craft of beverage service excellence
- Stay on top of the hottest beverage trends and seasonal favorites
Service Excellence
- Recruit, develop, and retain top performers through recognition, mentorship, feedback, and career growth opportunities
- Design service protocols that adapt beautifully to any event style or venue
- Create signature setup and design standards that make every event uniquely memorable
- Partner with production managers for venue site visits to assess logistics and service requirements
- Orchestrate flawless teamwork between our kitchen, service, and beverage crews
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations across all service staff
- Manage our Booking Coordinator and optimize our booking platform for success
- Build engaging training programs through our (new) Employee Service Portal
- Ensuring service teams are efficiently scheduled, balanced, and deployed to maximize performance while controlling labor costs
- Tracking KPIs for service staff (e.g., guest satisfaction scores, attendance, service execution) to measure success
- Lead inspiring training sessions bi-annually that help everyone grow
- Cultivate a joyful team atmosphere where exceptional service comes naturally

Experience That Counts
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in off-premise catering, event management, or hospitality operations
- At least 2 years leading teams and making things happen in leadership roles
- Deep appreciation for culinary excellence, current industry trends, and fine dining service
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and the craft of cocktail creation
- Sharp understanding of beverage cost control and inventory management that keeps quality high and budgets happy
- Proven success in high-end catering or luxury event environments where perfection is the standard
- Track record of managing and motivating large teams during high-energy, high-stakes moments
- Natural collaborator who builds bridges across departments
- Organizational genius who can orchestrate multiple events simultaneously
